#Office365Challenge – Templates available in Word – I get asked quite often to help someone design a birthday card or a poster. Only because I’m fairly “PowerPoint-capable”. Now here’s something I didn’t know (as well), Word offers templates for doing exactly that!! Yup – who would have thought?!

|Description:||Using templates for new Word Documents|
When creating a new Word document – the following screen opens, allowing you to either select a blank template – or use one of the predesigned templates. And to be very honest with you – I have NEVER used any of the other templates, but the Blank document one. The following categories (filters) are available for quick search as well: Business, Personal, Industry, Print, Design Sets, Education and Events.
Keep in mind you can change the font, as well as the background image. This is just a template to help you get your stuff together.
Never thought I’d say this, but HOW AMAZING IS WORD?!
Overview of my challenge: As an absolute lover of all things Microsoft, I’ve decided to undertake the challenge, of writing a blog every single day, for the next 365 days. Crazy, I know. And I’ll try my best, but if I cannot find something good to say about Office 365 and the Tools it includes for 365 days, I’m changing my profession. So let’s write this epic tale of “Around the Office in 365 Days”. My ode to Microsoft Office 365.
Keep in mind that these tips and tricks do not only apply to Office 365 – but where applicable, to the overall Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
