#Office365Challenge – We all know that you can pretty much export any list / library from SharePoint to Excel, but what if you want a copy of your local Outlook Calendar in Excel? Anyone who’s ever spent hours capturing their logbooks will thank me for this one!

Description: How to copy your Outlook Calendar to Excel

In Outlook you’ll have to change the view from the Calendar to a list – do this by clicking on the View Tab (1), then on Change View (2) and then select List (3):

Click in the list, CTRL+A to select all rows and columns, CTRL+C to copy:

Navigate to Excel, click in the first cell and CTRL+V to paste – Voila!!

I mean HALLO?! Did you even know Outlook Calendar had a list view?! How awesome is that!!

Overview of my challenge: As an absolute lover of all things Microsoft, I’ve decided to undertake the challenge, of writing a blog every single day, for the next 365 days. Crazy, I know. And I’ll try my best, but if I cannot find something good to say about Office 365 and the Tools it includes for 365 days, I’m changing my profession. So let’s write this epic tale of “Around the Office in 365 Days”. My ode to Microsoft Office 365.

Keep in mind that these tips and tricks do not only apply to Office 365 – but where applicable, to the overall Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
