#Microsoft365 – In a recent post I showed you how to group you sections in OneNote. Today we’ll take a look at creating subpages which will further assist with creating some space and order in your OneNote Notebooks.

To organize your pages it’s best to use good naming conventions and adding pages as subpages to other pages.

To do this simply right click on a page (1) and select “Make Subpage” (2) or “Promote Subpage” if necessary. You can also just click on the page and move it to the right (3). Pages can be indented twice to create another level (4):

Once pages are added as subpages you’ll have the ability to collapse or expand those groupings which really helps to free up some space on your screen:

 

Purpose of this blog challenge:

I will write 365 blogs in 365 days around Microsoft 365. I did a similar challenge with Office 365, blogs can be found here. I won’t just be talking about the new Microsoft 365 subscription model. I will be sharing any news, tips and tricks around Office / Office 365 / Windows / Mobility and Security. And let’s not forget all the great new Apps & services available.  A lot of what I’ll share on Office and SharePoint will also be applicable to none “Office 365” versions.
