#Microsoft365 #Office365 #SharePoint – This web part is not just used to embed your survey form on a SharePoint page (and allow for submissions) – but also enables you to share the results of surveys with other people.

Microsoft Forms

Use the Microsoft Forms web part to create surveys, quizzes, and polls on a page. You can also collect responses to your forms and show form results. Use the Microsoft Forms web part.

Take note that these web parts are not available yet for use on classic pages. On how to create pages and add web parts, see SharePoint Pages and Web Parts Introduction.

Adding the web part:

Put your page in to edit mode and click on the “+” to add a new web part. Choose Microsoft Forms:

Select whether you want to add a new form or add an existing form:

Selecting New Form allows you to enter the name and when clicking create it will open Microsoft Forms where you will create your form:

Existing forms gives you the ability to show the form to capture submissions or show the results. This is pretty awesome as it allows other users to access the results:

Here’s the form settings in Microsoft Forms where you will get the URL to share for submissions:

The form will display on the page and allow users to submit without first navigating to another page (site):

Showing the results is just as cool. Pie charts and graphs (when hovered over) will supply more details:
