In this video I’ll show you how to communicate changes to policies or company objectives using #SharePoint online, the File Viewer Web Part, #Yammer, #MicrosoftStream, #MicrosoftSway and #MicrosoftForms. The Forms allows us to get ‘sign off’ as acceptance from employees that they understand the changes and how it affects them. This can be used very successfully for #SHEQ as well (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality compliance).

Thank you for this great idea! As an HR Manager it is obvious when employees do not read about (boring) policy updates. This is a nice way of making it more engaging!
