Facilitating the evolution of human capabilities – my passion is to empower people and therefore training and change management lie close to my heart. My Mission is to positively impact WHAT and HOW people create, as I believe that what we design / create, designs / creates us back (Ontological Design). It is about enabling others to serve themselves better, expand their possibilities, increase their capacity to learn, act more effectively and better design their future.

A Documentary About Learning Through Sharing
In 2019 the Microsoft Community in South Africa came together to share the message of Microsoft productivity. Over the last four years international speakers and industry experts have come together to share their knowledge and experience during this week long series of events.
The road trip, documented here in its entirety, was a chance to reach some of the smaller communities that cannot usually access the bigger Cities and global events. The minibus travelled 2500km from Johannesburg to Cape Town stopping for events in East London and Port Elizabeth.
This documentary is a peek behind the scenes of the Microsoft Community in South Africa. It is a closer look at how we can all learn through sharing our experiences and how the education of Microsoft productivity and spreading the message of the communities available to us all is incredibly important.
This is The Power of Community.
None of this would have been possible without our creative magician Adam King + Team (Incite Video). Thank you Adam for capturing the true essence of Community. See original article by incite video.
