Wondering why I picked the Rhino for Yammer? Cause yes, there’s always method in my madness. First thing that comes to mind – is it’s bigger than you think. Rhinos are HUGE – when you have the opportunity to see them in real life – it’s mind-blowing. And yes, maybe Yammer is bigger than I thought. The reach it has (company wide) should not be dismissed. The second reason I chose the Rhino is in the meaning.

The word “rhinoceros” comes from the Greek “rhino” (nose) and “ceros” (horn).

“Ceros”- Horn – also used for announcing stuff – pretty awesome right?!

At the end of learning about all these features Yammer has to offer, I must say I’m sorry I never paid more attention to it. Funny thing is – Sorry in Afrikaans is Jammer – which is pretty close to Yammer. Accept my apology. 🙂
