So Microsoft Teams is GREAT! You might want to access those documents when you’re not online, so what can we do about this? It’s much easier than you might think – open the #SharePoint Library in the background and sync it. Voila!!

PLEASE REMEMBER:  THIS SYNCED LIBRARY WITH FOLDERS ON YOUR PC, STILL UPDATES THE SERVER (SHAREPOINT / TEAM). SO IF YOU DELETE FOLDERS AND FILES ON YOUR PC, IT WILL UPDATE AND DELETE IT ON YOUR SITE – AND AFFECT YOUR TEAM AS WELL. IF YOU NO LONGER NEED ACCESS TO THOSE FILES, FIRST UNSYNC THE LIBRARY BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE FOLDERS. HERE’S AN ARTICLE FROM SHAREPOINTMAVEN THAT EXPLAINS HOW.

Purpose of this blog challenge:  I will write 365 blogs in 365 days around Microsoft 365.
