Around the Office in 365 Days: Day 214 – How to change permissions on a list or library in SharePoint
Go to Site Settings > Site Permissions. On the ribbon you will see “Check Permissions”. You will then be asked to search for the person’s name and once you click on “Check Now” it will display how and in which groups they have been given permissions.
