#Office365Challenge PowerApps allows us to very easily, change the layout of the fields / data on the Screen.

Once your App is created, you can select the screen, then choose a different layout on the right under Options. Of course this will be reliant on the type of fields you’ve used and whether you have images available for items etc.:
